Mill Canyon Complex, which is just west of Midway, contains about 75 miles of impressive scenic trails. While roaming the mountainsides, you’ll be sure to catch a peek of several different types of wildlife, including deer, elk, moose, coyote, eagles, hawks, and maybe even black bears. If you’d like to make a weekend of it, you can camp at the Wasatch Mountain State Park, American Fork Canyon, or Little Deer Creek Campground.

On these trails, you can capture panoramic views of Heber Valley as well as spot wildlife like deer, elk, and moose.
